Ingredients

  • 3 frozen phyllo pastry sheets, thawed
  • according to package direction
  • 2 tbsp hard margarine (or butter) melted.

Preparation

Step 1

Lay 1 pastry sheet on working surface. Working quickly, brush with melted margariane. Cover with second sheet. Brush with melted margarine. Repeat with remaining sheet. Cut layered strip into 2-1/2 inch squares. Carefully press into greased mini-muffin pans. Bake in 375 oven for 5 to 6 minutes until browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing to rack to cool.
