Mexican Style Chicken Spagheti

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 3/4 pkg of velvetta, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz spagheti, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can of Rotel
  • small onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions and pepper. Add Rotel and soup. Bring to a boil, simmer and add cheese. Once cheese is melted add cooked chicked and spagheti.

Garnish with cilantro
