Grilled Spicy Steak

  • 2 teaspoons Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 boneless beef top loin steak, about 1 pound

Preparation

Combine TABASCO® Sauce, salt, garlic powder, thyme and allspice in a small bowl and mix well. With back of a spoon, rub mixture on both sides of steak. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Bring to room temperature before grilling.

Preheat a grill or broiler. Place steak on grill or broiler pan and cook 8 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness, turning once.

Makes 2 servings.
