Ingredients
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 4 red potatoes, cubed into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary, or more to taste
- 1 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add oil to slow cooker, and preheat to HIGH while preparing potatoes and garlic.
Rinse and cube potatoes; peel only imperfections. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours, or until potatoes are tender and browned to desired color.
