Add to any cake mix to make it equal 1.5 times the batter amount.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cake flour (All purpose will work too)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Make your cake mix per instructions on box and add to it all ingredients.
Using all flour works just fine in chocolate cakes, in fact, we love the extender in devil’s food cake. We think it makes it taste even better.
