Ingredients
- 5 pounds rolled rump roast
- 1/4 cup Worchester sauce
- 1 teaspoon arlic salt
- 2 cans Hunts special tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sauce ingredients together.
Put pot roast in a roasting pan with tight cover.
Pour sauce over roast.
Cover.
Bake 7 hours at 250 degrees.
Remove from oven.
Break meat apart with large meat forks still in pan.
Stir and return to oven for 1 hour.
