Ingredients
- 4 lbs lean beef brisket
- 2 Tb liquid smoke
- 1 Tb onion powder
- 1 Tb garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Rub with onion and garlic powder. Roll brisket in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 300. Place brisket in large roasting pan. Cover and bake for 5-6 hours. Remove from oven. If you want shredded beef, shred brisket while warm.
If you want sliced brisket. Cool completely and slice.
