Ingredients
- 1 Tb fresh basil, minced
- 1 Tb fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tb garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- lightly squeezed lemon, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except oil and lemon juice, in a small food processor.
Remove and add oil & lemon.
To serve, combine 1 1/2 tsp spice mixture with 3-4 Tbs Olive oil in small dish
