- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded pepper jack cheese
- 15 flat-leaf parsley leaves chopped
- 1 3/4 c liquid egg susbtitute

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Coat 9" nonstick pie pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle peppers, cheesed & parsley in pan. Pour in egg substitute. Bake 30 minutes. Cool Slightly. Cut into wedges.
