  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 15 flat-leaf parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 3/4 c liquid egg susbtitute

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Coat 9" nonstick pie pan with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle peppers, cheesed & parsley in pan. Pour in egg substitute. Bake 30 minutes. Cool Slightly. Cut into wedges.
