Dad's keilbasa

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds pork
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • Dozen black peppercorns, crushed or ground pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • garlic, (1/2 clove)
  • mustard seed (maybe 1/2 tbsp.)
  • 1 glass cold water
  • For 20 lbs. it was 2 tbsp mustard seed so you can use your judgement.

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate overnight, grind and stuff into casings.
