Ingredients

  • Toppings (Optional):
  • 1 box of your favorite pasta (I used penne)
  • 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1 bag of mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
  • 6 Large mushrooms, sliced
  • Pepperoni
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 medium size green pepper
  • … you can also add black olives, chicken, chopped meat, eggplant or whatever else you like on your pizza.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta al dente. While the pasta is cooking you may want to fry some of your “toppings” I fried the onion and green pepper.

Pour half a cup of sauce in the bottom of your pan. Pour half of your pasta over the sauce.

Pour half of your cheese over pasta

Layer your toppings. I placed the onion/peppers then layers the mushrooms on top.

Layer the rest of your pasta on top of the toppings. Pour the rest of your sauce (if you like extra sauce, you may want to add water to your sauce to thin it out and create more)

Sprinkle italian seasoning on top.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and add pepperoni

Cover with foil and Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
