Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/2 medium banana, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 3 packets)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the igredients except the ice and cinnamon in a blender. Blend to mix.

2. Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completedly incorporated. Sprinkle on cinamon and stir.
