Garlic Oven Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1-1/2 teaspoons LAWRY'S® Garlic Salt
• 1/2 teaspoons LAWRY'S® Seasoned Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in large resealable plastic bag; turn to coat. Spread potatoes evenly in prepared baking pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
