Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 t sugar
  • 2 c warm water
  • 4 c self rising flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c oil
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast and 1 t sugar in water.
Stir in beaten egg and oil.
Add flour, 1/4 c sugar.
Mix well.
Divide in to well-greased muffin tins.
Bake at 425 for 15-20 min.
