Bundt Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 T. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. oil

Preparation

Step 1

Grease bundt pan thoroughtly. Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Cover bottom, sides and tube of pan well with part of mixture; reserving remaining mixture for layering.

Blend remaining ingredients for batter. Alternate layers of batter with sugar and cinnamon mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto cake rack and cool until just warm. Wrap in foil immediately and allow to stand for 2-3 days to mellow.
