Blue cheese spread

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tb grated onion
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Serve on crackers or bread. Yield:1 1/3 cups
