Skinny Piña Colada
Here is a great refreshing Pina Colada Recipe that has few calories and no artificial sweeteners. By eliminating the Coconut Milk or Crème and using Coconut Water, you are saving calories and fat. I prefer this over a traditional Pina Colada because it is much lighter. Serve these at your next pool party, your guests will love them!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots Malibu rum
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- Ice
Preparation
Step 1
Place desired amount of ice in a glass.
Add Malibu rum to the glass.
Next add Coconut Water to the glass.
Finally add pineapple juice.
Stir well with a stir stick and serve!
You can garnish this drink with a small pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry.

Look for Pineapple Juice with no added sugar and not from concentrate. If you can find fresh organic pineapple juice, that is even better!
