Raspberry Pretzel Jell-O

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups coarsely broken pretzels
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 1 egg ( beaten and for food safty, recomended warming first under hot water)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 9 oz. light cool whip
- 6 oz. package Raspberry Jell-o
- 2 cups boiling water
- 5 fruitfull raspberry juice bars ( or 20oz. frozen raspberries)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first three ingredients.
Spread in 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool.
Beat together cream cheese, egg, powered sugar.
Fold in cool whip and spread on crust
Mix jell-o in boiling water.
Chop up raspberry bars and add to jell-o.
When slightly set, pour over cool whip mixture and refrigerate
Jell-o sets up quickly when adding frozen fruit bars
