Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 8 wedges lengthwise
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Grill seasoning or salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Drizzle potatoes with a generous amount of olive oil. Toss potatoes with seasoning. Place potatoes on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes or until just tender. Turn potatoes after 10 minutes to avoid sticking.
