Mexican Corn Strips

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag; set aside.

Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray; cut each into 8 strips. Place strips in bag; seal bag, and shake to coat.

Place strips in a single layer on baking sheets.

Bake at 350* for 15 mins. or until crisp. Cool on wire rack.
