Toffee Popcorn Bark

Delicious and easy to make, this toffee popcorn bark is a perfect gift! Put in a cute little box, or in a clear cello bag wrapped with a pretty bow.

• 8 ounces milk chocolate
• 8 ounces white chocolate
• 1 cup toffee popcorn

Step 1

Line a baking tray with baking parchment parchment paper.

Then melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately, allow to cool slightly.

Pour most of the chocolate into the tray, then using a handle of a spoon of fork swirl the two together. Sprinkle over the toffee popcorn, then drizzle the remaining milk and white chocolate over.

Chill until set and then break into big chunks. Give as a gift, place in cello bags tied with ribbon or in a pretty tin.
