Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen pastry puff thawed
- 4 tsp honey mustard
- 4 1 oz slices smoked turkey
- 4 slices hickory smoked swiss cheese
- 4 1 oz slices smoked ham
- 1 lg egg
- 2 T confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c raspberry preserves/seedless
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 400. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface; roll into a 12" square. Cut into 4 squares
Spread 1 tsp mustard on each pastry leaving 1/2" border. Layer 1 slice turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese and 1 slice ham. In a bowl, whick egg with 1 T water; brush on edges of squares.
Fold to form triangle; crimp edges with fork to seal. Place on baking sheet, brush with remaining egg mix
Bake for 25 min til golden. Dust with confec sugar serve with preserves on side.
