Ingredients
- 2/3 cup nonfat milk (or unsweetened soy milk)
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 2 taspoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 1 packet)
- 1/8 teaspoon alond extract
- 2/3 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place half the milk and cottage cheese (or yogurt) in a blender. Blend well until mixture is smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ice, and blend briefly.
2. Add crushed ice and blend on high until the ice is completely incorporated.
