Boston Market Garlic Dill New Potatoes

Potatoes tossed w/ a delicious mix of melted butter, fresh dill,and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 8 med red potatoes
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1 T chopped fresh dill
  • 2 ts minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 1/4 ts salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Steam wedges in steamer basket for 10min, or until almost tender.

2. Combine melted butter, dill, garlic, and salt in a sm bowl.

3. When the potatoes are cooked,dump them into a med bowl. Pour the garlic butter over the potatoes, then gently toss potatoes until they are well coated. Be careful not to "mash" them.
