Fried tostones (fried plantains)

Ingredients

  • Coconut Oil
  • Coconut Milk
  • Plantains

Preparation

Step 1

Peeled 5 of them and cut into 2 inch pieces. Boiled for about 20 minutes. Drained and mashed. Added 1/2 cup of coconut milk and mixed together. Then formed into golf ball sized balls, flattened and pan fried in coconut oil until browned.
