Preparation
Step 1
Peel the eggs and slice them in halves.
With a thin and very sharp knife carve petals of the lilies.
With a tooth pick slightly "prong" the egg yolk.
Slice the cucumber thinly and arrange the slices on a flat plate like lilies’ leaves.
Put the egg water lilies on the "leaves".
