Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs steak
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup beef boullion
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 2 large green peppers (cut into strips)
- 1 tbsp corn starch

Step 1
Cut beef into strips and brown with onions and garlic. transfer to crock pot. Add soy sauce and boullion and cook 3-4 hrs until beef is tender. Add tomatoes and peppers and cook 1 hr. longer. Thicken with corn starch and pour over rice.
