- 2 slices bread, whole wheat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
- 3 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium
- 1 ounce cheese, Swiss, low-fat
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets, fresh
