  • 2 slices bread, whole wheat
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise, low-fat
  • 3 ounces ham, lean, reduced sodium
  • 1 ounce cheese, Swiss, low-fat
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons salad dressing, low-fat, any flavor

Preparation

Step 1

•Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise.
•Top with ham, cheese and other slice of bread.
