Ingredients
- 3 oz. butter
- 1/2 cup cream (use cream, half-n-half, heavy cream)
- 3 oz. grated parmesan
- salt, pepper to taste (white pepper looks better)
- chopped parsley
- Ingredients can be increased for a larger serving.

Preparation
Step 1
Place butter and cram in sauce pan over low heat until butter is melted and well combined with cream. Remove from heat. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper, stir until sauce is blended and smooth. If too dry and lumpy, ad a little water. Serve over pasta and sprinkle the chopped parsley
