Baked Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken

Wonderful juicy crunchy chicken. A family favorite.

Ingredients
- 8 tbs Olive Oil
- 3 Cups Salted Pretzels
- 1 1/4 lbs uncooked chicken tenders
- 3 lg eggs
- 3 tbs honey mustard
- 1 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 475
Line pan with foil and brush olive oil.
Place pretzels in bag and crush or use a grinder. Whisk eggs and honey mustard.
Brush each with egg and Mustard mixture.
Roll in flour then roll in pretzels pressing them into the chicken.
Bake 15 min turn them over once.
