Ingredients
- 6 Cups prepared potato soup
- 1 Medium size pear ripe, peeled and cored
- 2 Bunches of watercress, leaves only
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- Grated rind of one lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Puree the soup in a blender adding the pear, watercress and cream. Serve cold garnished with reserved watercress leaves and grated lemon rind.
