Lily Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c butter, room temp
• 4 1/2 oz cream cheese, room temp
• 2 c flour
• Jam, any flavor

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add the flour and mix until combined.

Form dough into 2 disks, wrap in plastic wrap and chil at least 4 hrs.

Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper

roll dough out, 1 disk at a time. Cut circles using a biscuit cutter or glass. Place a dollop of jam in the middle of each circle.

Fold one side of circle over the other, makind the lily shape.

Place cookie on sheets and bake 8-9 mins.
