Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Yellow Cornmeal or Polenta
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup H2O
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Place Cornmeal, Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt in a bowl. Make a well in center & add H2O & Olive Oil.
2.) Combine by gradually incorporating flour into the Olive Oil & H2O, adding a little extra H2O if necessary.
3.) Transfer dough to floured board & knead until smooth & elastic, ~ 5- 7 min.
