Dark Chocolate Truffle Temptations

Ingredients

  • 22/3 Pkg. ( 16 squares ) Baker's 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, divided
  • 1/4 C. Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 C. Walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 C. Icing Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Chop 8 chocolate squares, place in microwaveable bowl. Add cream & butter. Microwave on med. 11/2 min; stir till well blended. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or till firm. Shape into 24 balls. Place on wax-paper covered tray. Melt remaining chocolate. Use fork to dip truffles; return to tray. Sprinkle with nuts or coat with icing sugar. Refrigerate a hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
