Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage (hot)
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1 t salt
  • 3 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Break up the sausage in a skillet and cook thoroughly, drain.

Grease a 9 X 13 pan. In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk and mustard. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 1 hr at 350 degrees. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
