Ingredients
- 1 c. softened butter or margarine (2 sticks)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 t. water
- 2 t. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & sugar.
Add water and vanilla.
Mix well.
Blend in flour & nuts.
Chill for 4 hours.
Shape into balls or fingers.
Bake on UNGREASED cook sheet at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and then from pan.
Cool slightly.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Makes about 3 dozen.
