Ingredients
- 3/4 C oil
- 1 C cocoa
- 2 C sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 C potato starch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 12 oz choc chips
- confec sugar for coating
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350
1. beat the oil, cocoa, and sugar together.dd the choc chips.
2. Ass the eggs and beat until mixed well.
3. Slowly add the vanilla, potato starch and baking powder.
4. Add the choc chips
5. FREEZE the mixture for a min of two hours
6. With wet hands, form balls and roll into confec sugar until they are lightly coated.
7. Do NOT flatten these cookies.
Bake for 9 minutes
