Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon dry Mustard
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds round steak cut 1 inch thick
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar1 cup diced carrots
- 2-3 canned tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2-3 carrots diced
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour mustard salt and pepper. Sprinkle meat with the mixture and pound it into the steak with a meat pounder. Cut steak into serving pieces and brown in hot oil in heavy skillet. Pour remaining ingredients over meat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve with baked potatoes rice or noodles.
