Chili- braised pork

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless country style pork ribs (patted dry)
- 3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 3/4 c low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Season pork w/salt & pepper. In a large straight sided skillet heat 1 tsp oil over medium het. Add pork and cook until browned on both sides. (about 7 minutes)
Whisk together broth, flour and 1/2 tsp chili powder and add to skillet. bring to boil, cover & reduce heat (simmer) and cook for 30 minutes. remove cover and cook until pork is tender & sauce is thickened. (about 20 minutes)
