Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, or 8 tablespoons or 1 stick, melted
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well with mixer.
Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Let cool before cutting.
