Ingredients

    cup cornmeal

  • 1

    cup flour

  • 2

    tblsp. Sugar

  • 4

    tsp. bkg. powder

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    egg

  • 1

    cup buttermilk

  • 1/3

    cup sour cream

  • 1/4

    cup melted butter

  • 2

    tblsp diced jalepeno

  • 1/2

    cup shredded cheese

  • 2

    tblsp corn kernels

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the milk, sour cream, egg and butter. Mix together and add the jalepeno and cheese. Pour into a buttered dish and bake @ 375 for 25 minutes. Honey butter the top for a great touch.
