Ingredients
- 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes in juice
- 10 1/2 ounce can condensed chicken broth, reconstituted, or 2 1/2 cups ready to serve
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh green beans, cut into half-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp marjoram
- 1/8 tsp thyme
- pinch black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring tomatoes, broth and water to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and return to a boil. Reduce heat to a slow simmer for about one hour or until vegetables are tender.
