Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz. can red kidney beans or 1/2 bag
- 1 15 oz. can great northern beans or 1/2 bag
- 3 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 small cans v-8 juice
- 1-1/2 tbl. white vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 lb. ditali pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in a large saucepane. Drain Fat. Place in crockpot.
2. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic.
3. Add remaining ingredients except pasta.
4. Start approx. 9:00 on high to be ready for 8:00.
5. Cook pasta and put in soup when ready. Add beef broth if more juice is
needed.
