Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup mayonnaise

  • 1

    tsp lemon juice

  • 1

    large carrot, shredded

  • 1/2

    cup raisins

  • 1/4

    cup chopped pecans

  • 1/2

    cup finely chopped apple

  • 1/4

    tsp black pepper

  • 1

    tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

Whisk mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, tossing well, and let chill in fridge for an hour before serving.
