Tortellini and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c chopped red or green pepper
- 30 oz chicken broth
- 1 9 oz pkg refrigerated tortellini
- 2 c frozen broccoli florets
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/8 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Spray dutch oven with spray. Heat until hot and add chicken, onion, and bell pepper. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Add broth and water. Bring to boil cook 5 minutes. Add tortellini, broccoli, oregano, and pepper. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook 8-10 minutes.
