Three Bean Bonanza

Ingredients

  • 1 can cut Italian green beans- drained
  • 1 can kidney beans-drained
  • 1 can ceci beans
  • 1 onion sliced- in rings
  • 1 medium green pepper-thin strips
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic-crushed or minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated lemon peel
  • 11/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine beans, onions and green pepper. Shake or blend remaining ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Cover and Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drain before serving.
