**Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 C rice
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1/4 C margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 C sugar (plus more for sprinkling at end)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice.

Add milk margarine to pan. Cover and simmer 1 hour

Beat eggs with 1/2 C sugar and vanilla.

Add rice mixture and stir to allow eggs to cook . Add 1 C raisin.

Pour into bowl and sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon
