Sweet Sherry-Vinegar Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon water
  • Strawberries
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together 1/2 cup light-brown sugar and 1/2 cup sherry vinegar in a small lpot. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced and syrupy, about 5 minutes (you should have 1/2 cup). Stir in 1 teaspoon water.

Spoon glaze over vanilla ice cream with strawberries.
