Ingredients
- 1 c Kalamata olives pitted
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- 1 tbs capers drained and rinsed
- Zest of half lemon
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1-2 tbls olive oil
- 1 Baguette, sliced into rounds and toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Coarsely chop olives, garlic, capers and lemon zest on cut board. Put in bowl and add pepper, mustard, parsley and stir in enough olive oil to bind ingredients together.
