Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 c Kalamata olives pitted
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 1 tbs capers drained and rinsed
  • Zest of half lemon
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1-2 tbls olive oil
  • 1 Baguette, sliced into rounds and toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Coarsely chop olives, garlic, capers and lemon zest on cut board. Put in bowl and add pepper, mustard, parsley and stir in enough olive oil to bind ingredients together.
