Ingredients
- 5 cups dry milk
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
-Mix ingredients together and store in airtight container.
-Mix to taste...about 1/2 cup to 1 cup hot water.(1:2 ratio)
